What Happens in a Session?

  • You lie comfortably on a mat or bed.

  • The session begins with breathwork or grounding.

  • Therapeutic instruments are played around or near your body.

  • You enter a meditative state as vibrations work through your system.

  • The session ends with slow grounding and gentle integration.

What if my mind keeps thinking during the session?

That’s completely normal. The sounds naturally slow your thoughts. You don’t have to force your mind to be quiet — it happens gently by itself.

Is this safe for everyone?

Yes, it’s safe for most people. If you have sound-triggered epilepsy, a metal implant, or are extremely sound-sensitive, let us know so we can adjust accordingly.

Will I fall asleep? Is that okay?

Many people fall asleep 😄 — it’s completely normal! Your body relaxes so deeply that sleep just happens. Healing continues even when you're asleep.
